Pregnancy is a time of change to a woman’s physiology and musculoskeletal system. Our experts at HSS are here to support your sport and exercise journey during and after pregnancy.

"Fit for Two" Exercise Review Session: $315

Meant for those mamas on the move, meet with an exercise physiologist to review your current exercise regimen to identify safe modifications in addition to recommendations to prepare your body for the musculoskeletal demands of pregnancy. Whether you like to attend to group classes or sweat it solo at the gym, this assessment will provide a blueprint to ensure you can exercise safely and effectively.  

Continue working with your exercise physiologist with 1:1 training sessions:

  • 60 minute session: $185
  • Training Package (can be used for 30 or 60 minute sessions) - 20 pack of 30 minute time blocks: $1,665

 

Postpartum Rebuild & Restore Assessment : $315

This in-depth session provides a full-body evaluation to assess your new baseline to ensure a safe return to exercise. We assess key components of fitness—including posture, strength, mobility, and movement patterns—while taking into account your medical history and personal goals. The result is a customized exercise plan with thoughtful modifications to support you safely on your return to exercise journey.

Postpartum Return to Run Packages

Strong, supported, and built for you — no matter how far postpartum you are. Whether you're 8 weeks or 8 years postpartum, our personalized programs are designed to help you confidently return to running. Each package includes expert guidance tailored to your body, your timeline, and your goals — with flexible levels of support to match your needs.

Gold Level: $2,000

For the runner who wants comprehensive support and performance-driven recovery.

Our most robust program begins with a comprehensive readiness assessment to guide the creation of your individualized 10-week training plan, tailored to meet your specific strength and cardiovascular goals. You’ll work one-on-one with an exercise physiologist throughout the program on strength and mobility and you will receive two sports massages from a licensed massage therapist. To finish, you’ll undergo a detailed running mechanics analysis to refine your form, enhance performance, and help ensure long-term running success. 

Package Includes: 

  • Return to Run Readiness Assessment 
  • 10 Week Run Programming 
  • 4 One on One 60-minute Training Sessions  
  • Running Mechanics Analysis  
  • 2 Sports Massages 

Silver Level: $1,280

For the independent runner who wants expert support along the way. Designed for the more independent runner, this program begins with a comprehensive readiness assessment to guide the creation of your individualized 10-week training plan, tailored to meet your specific strength and cardiovascular goals. You'll work one-on-one with an exercise physiologist throughout the program on strength and mobility with 4 personal training sessions.
