Pitching Analysis
The HSS Pitching Analysis is an in-depth analysis specifically tailored for baseball pitchers looking to reduce risk of injury and elevate their performance to the next level.
This two-part comprehensive analysis includes:
Part One: A 60-minute evaluation with an HSS Throwing Specialist that consists of:
- A full body musculoskeletal and movement assessing sports specific mobility and strength
- Review of current activation, arm care and recovery program
- A series of pitches videotaped and analyzed using DARI marker less motion capture software to identify any mechanical flaws that might predispose one to injury and limit performance.
Part Two: A 60-minute training session with HSS Exercise Physiologist to develop a personalized exercise program to address the athlete's individual impairments.
