Wheelchair-Based Exercises for People with Osteogenesis Imperfecta

This exercise program has been designed for individuals who have osteogenesis imperfecta (OI) and spend most of their time in a wheelchair or seated. The goal of this exercise program is to improve muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility; to improve coordination, and to promote relaxation. Please follow the advice of your physician or physical therapist before initiating this exercise program.
