After moving back to New York, my first order of business was finding a rheumatologist. Dr. Barbhaiya is exceptionally knowledgeable, sharp, and a true thought leader in her field. She took the time to thoroughly review my records and engaged deeply with my complicated medical history before we developed a plan of attack together. She guided me through COVID-19 and three instances of Lyme disease, on top of a myriad of pre-existing conditions. Drawing on her knowledge of my family medical history, she was also able to triangulate diagnoses for both me and my two kids. She is, without a doubt, the best doctor I have ever had.
