Jaclyn P. Smulofsky, PT, DPT, OCS, SFMA-Level 1

Jaclyn Smulofsky is a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in Physical Therapy. She has experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic clinical cases including surgical cases, non-surgical cases, spine pathologies, and patients coming in as direct access (without a physician referral). Additionally, Jaclyn has a special interest in working with patients with chronic conditions and those post knee/shoulder surgery. She enjoys working with a diverse patient population and can treat all areas of the body.
