Dana Rose, PT, DPT, OCS, SFMA

Dana Rose is a Care Navigator for the Lifestyle Medicine Program. She has experience with and enjoys treating surgical and non-surgical spinal conditions, shoulder, hip and knee, and direct access patients to help improve access to care for patients without a physician referral. She also has experience using DARI 3D motion capture.
