Whether you're looking for a pick-me-up between meetings while working from home or trying to fit in some physical activity during your toddler's nap time, these mini workouts can fit seamlessly into your busy day. They don’t require any fancy equipment or cause too much sweating, so you can pick up right where you left off when you’re finished.

Workout #1 — No Sweat Cardio (20.5 minutes)
This workout is divided into three groups, with three exercises in each group followed by a short rest. The entire workout should take about 20 minutes.
Feel free to remove a group or move things around to make this routine your own.
