Patient Case History: Erin
Bone Transport and then Nailing of the tibia
Pre-Op
Patient Surgeon: S. Robert Rozbruch
Erin developed a 6cm bone defect in her tibia resulting from a nonunion with dead bone. She had pain.

Post-Op
Dr. Rozbruch performed a bone transport with a TSF. The frame was on for 2 months after which an intramedullary rod was inserted and the frame was removed.

Follow-Up
The bone healed well with the rod in place. Erin has no limitations.
